On January 31, 2024, the A.H.A Marketing New Employees' Spring Tea Party was warmly hosted in the first meeting room, where seasoned leaders engaged in a fruitful exchange of experiences with the new marketing staff.

With enthusiasm, the new employees shared their business development journeys, including the insights they had gained, the resource channels they had mastered, and the effective methodologies they employed. They openly voiced their uncertainties and challenges, actively seeking counsel and direction from peers and superiors. On November 22, A.H.A was honored to be ranked 55th among the top 100 service enterprises in Anhui Province for 2023 and 87th among the top 100 private service enterprises in Anhui Province by the Federation of Enterprises in Anhui Province and the Federation of Entrepreneurs in Anhui Province. The list of "Top 100 Private Service Enterprises in Anhui Province in 2022" was jointly compiled by the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Provincial Economic and Credit Commission, and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau.

In the 2023 EcoVadis rating, A.H.A was recognized for its efforts in sustainable development and was awarded the "Gold" rating with a total score of 72 points. It is the first medium-sized enterprise (M) in the industry to receive the Gold rating nationwide.

EcoVadis is a globally recognized standard for assessing the sustainability performance of companies. Its evaluation methodology is based on ISO international standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines, the Global Compact, and over 26,000 additional standards. The evaluation criteria mainly cover four areas: environment, labor and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement. The purpose of this assessment is to help companies evaluate their environmental and social (ESG) performance on a global scale. Currently, the procurement teams of more than 600 large multinational corporations use EcoVadis ratings as part of their daily purchasing decisions.

In this rating, A.H.A scored significantly higher than the average in three key areas: environment, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement.

Among all companies evaluated by EcoVadis in this industry, A.H.A ranks at the forefront.
